Having spent most of my formative years living a nomadic lifestyle, America is actually my 28th country! While traveling, I met many different kinds of people, but no matter how different they were, as soon as we were sat around a table sharing a meal, all that mattered is what we had in common rather than what we didn’t.

With my cooking, I hope to be able to serve the same dish to people of different backgrounds and upbringings, and have them both be reminded of home.

 

About the Test Kitchen

Each tasting menu is farm to table and sourced locally within 200 miles of the test kitchen. As much as possible, each menu features local artists of different mediums, and all components are made in house.
